Making A Purchase:
Browse our shop pages, click on any items you wish to buy and then “Add to Basket” to put them into the shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, visit the Checkout page to confirm your order and then proceed with payment.
We accept payment through Paypal, we do not charge you for using this service which is quick and easy. If you are shopping outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Prices are shown in British Pound Sterling only. Goods will be dispatched on receipt of confirmation of payment from Paypal. For details of Paypal security systems see the Paypal website.
Shipping And Handling:
We charge £5.00 on all UK based orders under the value of £100. For orders over £100 we use the Royal Mail Next Day delivery service and charge £10.00
There is a £15 charge for all European Orders, and £20 for International Shipping & Handling.
All items are packed carefully so that your goods arrive safely.
Delivery Schedule:
We will normally dispatch your order within 2 business days of receiving payment confirmation.
Returns
Prior to returning your item, you must first contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. If your product is faulty or defective and you return it to us in it’s original packaging and in the same condition as it was shipped, we will replace the item at no extra charge or refund you the cost of the product. We are not responsible for the carriage fees of any item where the item is not defective. We will be happy to refund the cost of carriage paid on returns if the return is a result of an error on our behalf or defective merchandise. We will not be responsible for any local custom fees charged at point of entry into your country.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with the items you receive from our company, but if you are dissatisfied in any way we will accept responsibility and either replace the item or offer you a full refund when the item is returned to us. This guarantee does not extend to products containing Horn or Antler. Horn or Antler are natural materials and consequently no two pieces are ever alike.
Privacy Policy
Lamont Sporrans Ltd do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, once you have selected an item, for the duration of this order.
Your right to cancel
We hope that you will be entirely happy with your purchases, however, you do have the right to cancel your order at any time after it has been made until seven working days after the day of receipt of your goods. Please give us notice, by e-mail or phone, of your wish to cancel. In the case of cancellation within the stated period a full refund will be made, including postage and packaging costs. Please note that we cannot agree to cancellation in the case of items made to your specification where work has already commenced or materials ordered.
Returning goods following cancellation
Following notification of your wish to cancel your order please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging. If goods are not returned, we reserve the right to charge you the full cost of their direct return to us.
